Exfoliated by the world was a solo project exploring an array of material-social relationships that latently emerged over time stemming from Ben’s MFA project in 2012. It continued Woods’ interest in how action can come to constitute sculpture: sculpture as a mixture of entangled and dispersive human/nonhuman material rearrangements.
